  • Features: Purple reigns! Packed with anti-oxidants, Graffiti is one of the best varieties available. Dome-shaped heads that turn deep purple when mature.
  • Maturity: 80 days / 27.5cm head size (10")
  • Light: Plant in full sun.
  • Soil and water: Needs a very nutrient rich soil with lots of organic matter, the pH soil should be around 6.5 to 6.8 to maximize growth and deter clubroot.
  • Spacing: Space 45-60cm (18-24") apart.

  • Growing tips: Plant container deep. Tolerant to both heat and cold stress.
  • Culinary use: Salads, soups, side dishes. Also very good raw with dips. 25% more Vitamin A than other varieties. Even stays purple when cooked!
When the cauliflower is mature and has reached its peak size and flavour, the flowerets will separate slightly. At this stage, the flavour is at its peak and size is at its maximum. In times when rainfall is scarce, water plants with 2.5cm to 4cm (1"-2") of water. Mulching will help keep the soil cool and hold the moisture in, and prevent weeds from coming through.
